  1. Drybag 350 (Very good waterproofing. Not a single drop of water entered the bag even in huge downpours. I have all my electronics in this)
  2. Saddlebages from NH4 with the top rainproof cover. (Worst part was the rainproof cover would hold water thrown from the tyre& this water would then seep into the saddlebags.)
  3. Hydration bag
  4. A water repellant pouch on the handlebar to keep change and spare mobile & purse.

Day 1: Target: Bengaluru-Hyderabad-Amaravathi-Vishakapatnam. Kms Planned: 1227 (Crazy isn't it?) I kept the alarm for 4 and went to bed with all the stuff packed for my trip by about 10 as the next day  as going to be a hectic one. As the alarm rang, woke up at 4 am, got ready , kissed my kids as they  slept, said see you soon to my wife, loaded my saddle bags and drybag on the bike and left home by about 5 am. Being a Sunday, I saw many riders at various points on the Bengaluru-Hyderabad road, met a co versys owner Abhishek Singh opposite Esteem Mall near Hebbal Flyover. As the roads were amazing, it took me not much time to cross the Karnataka-Telangana border. By about 9:10am, it slowly started to drizzle and the drizzle started to get heavier as I moved ahead. Day 21:Imphal-Kohima-Dimapur-Tezpur

Day 21: Imphal-Kohima-Dimapur-Tezpur Target Kms: 425. Going to bed last night I was praying that hopefully the next morning would be a great day. I got up by 5:30 AM planning to start off before 6:00AM as I also had to get the shocks checked at the Dimapur KTM. I started off by 5:50 AM and refueled #StormShadow and hit the Asia Highway 1 back to reach Dimapur by 11:00AM. Outskirts of Imphal  On the way I was caught by a little heavy fog & drizzle which delayed me to certain extent. I stopped for tea as the drizzle was quite heavy but later the weather became awesome and the ride was marvelous but for the roads. The surroundings were too attractive and I had to stop a lot to take pictures. Overall it was an amazing ride till Kohima. Day 16: Oasis in the Desert!!

Day 16: Oasis in a Desert. This morning I got up at night well not like this  https://youtu.be/Tvqcf8-SF0E  but seriously since I slept by 9, I got up at about 2 am so I don't know if it is morning or night so I would say "This morning I got up at night". I sat in my bed wondering should I call off my ride or should I continue also if I have to continue then how and on what? I started browsing all the second hand bike sites and could not find anything around which would fit my budget. I had already spent about my life savings plus loan taken from family & friend on the Kawasaki plus another big chunk on accessories and riding gear & had kept a smaller chunk for this tour and now I am left with no extra money to buy even a second hand 100 cc bike. But still hope in my heart I kept browsing looking at and second hand bikes expecting that somehow I could get something at dirt cheap price. As  I kept browsing, I went to sleep again.
